Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ttake Houseware (“we,” “us,” “our”). The following terms apply to all orders placed on www.ttakehouseware.com.


Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the next business day.
  • Preorders/Backorders: If an item is on preorder or backorder, the estimated ship window will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. We’ll ship available items first unless you request to hold and ship together.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times (U.S.)

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Priority/Overnight: 1–2 business days

Carrier options may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and you receive tracking.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Real-time rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free shipping threshold (optional): You can offer sitewide free Standard shipping on orders e.g., $100+. If applicable, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Please contact us at support@ucwholesale.com as soon as possible for any changes or cancellations. We can modify or cancel an order until it enters fulfillment. Once a label is created, we cannot guarantee changes.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. It may take 24–48 hours for scans to update.
  • Split shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes with separate tracking numbers at no additional cost.
  • PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Delivered via USPS where available. Some oversized items may not qualify.
  • Signature requirement: For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for security.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

  • Wrong/Incomplete address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship to an updated address; additional postage may apply.
  • Refused deliveries: Refused packages are treated as returns once received back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ucwholesale.com with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a brief description.
  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: First, check with household members and neighbors and allow 24 hours. If still missing, email us within 7 days so we can investigate and assist with a carrier claim.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days (U.S.), contact us and we’ll help file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International Shipping (If Enabled)

We may offer international shipping to select countries at checkout.

  • Transit time: Typically 7–21 business days, excluding customs clearance.
  • Duties & taxes: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not collected by us and are not refundable.
  • Customs delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or holds.

Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email with options to wait, replace, or refund the item.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some oversized, restricted, or hazardous items may not be eligible for all service levels, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or international destinations.

Holiday & Weather Delays

  • Peak season volumes, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Returns

For information on returns and exchanges, please see our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
